“This is the premium wine from this estate in the Côtes-du-Roussillon Villages appellation. The very low yield and the meticulous care given to this bottle mean that only 1000 bottles can be produced. The color is intense. Deep, but not so easy to perceive. Although slightly closed at first, the wine gradually opens up. You need to take your time to appreciate all the nuances of Grenache Noir and Syrah. Taut, complex, the nectar envelops the palate. A great success!
